For the past year at Aampe, I've been shaping an agentic messaging platform where autonomous agents decide what to send, when, and to whom. Teams at NBA, Swiggy, Deezer, and Taxfix rely on it to optimize millions of sends per week. My job is to turn that complexity into controls a non-technical team can trust and use daily.
